What the funding was for
The funding recipient used the funding to design and construct a new water treatment building that will connect to the existing Turnpike well pump station. The water treatment plant will consist of a backwash holding tank, greensand filters, Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) filters, new well pumps, chemical storage, backwash waste pumps, electrical, and all process plumbing.
