The funding recipient used the funding to design and construct a new water treatment building that will connect to the existing Turnpike well pump station. The water treatment plant will consist of a backwash holding tank, greensand filters, Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) filters, new well pumps, chemical storage, backwash waste pumps, electrical, and all process plumbing.

Charlestown
The funding recipient used the funding to interconnect the Charlestown Water System (PWS# 0411010) and the North Charlestown Water System (NCWS) (PWS# 0411020) to address arsenic issues within the NWCS. A new booster station was also constructed as part of the consolidation and interconnection project.
